If you are getting the following errors on your BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server) server,
– Message returned as FAILED – could not be delivered to device, Tag=xxxxxx, EntryId=xxxx
– Conflict resolution set to DESKTOP WINS

then you might want to check with your phone carrier. See if the account is setup for BES data plan. This data plan is different from the normal data plan. Also make sure that the account isn’t suspended. This was the case with our company. The accounting department forgot to pay the bills and as a result the phone company suspended all of our phones.
