Backup and Restore Using Windows 7

With the new version of Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 7, it comes with an improved Backup and Restore feature in comparing to previous version. Backup and Restore lets you backup your important files (e.g. documents) to different locations that you can select. It also lets you schedule your backup jobs. Although, only the Professional and Ultimate versions let you backup over to network shares.
